Introducción

Después de ir a la conferencia de José Ignacio Amat que se celebró en la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad de Alicante pude conocer los riesgos de la montaña.

Preparación excursión

Tal como nos dijo José Ignacio hay que ver la previsión del tiempo en la montaña. Las botas deben de tener una buena suela. También debemos comentar donde vamos a ir en casa. La premisa fundamental para evitar accidentes es no confiarse.

Salgo con la dirección que me ha pasado Fran Martínez Navarro y que grabó en el wikiloc y que se llama Ruta de senderismo Cima de L´OLTA-circular donde dice ¿cómo llegar al inicio de la ruta? Siempre hay que mirar la ruta en el wikiloc y ampliar los tiempos pues no se ajustan. Él será nuestro guía.

La ruta

Llego al punto donde nos dice que empezamos y allí comenzamos. Vamos por la PR-CV 340. Estamos en Calpe dentro de la Marina Baja. Nada más comenzar vemos el majestuoso Peñón de Ifach. Nuestra dirección es emita bella.

Cuando llegamos allí Fran y Vanessa posan amablemente. A Jose también le hago otra foto. Nuestra siguiente dirección es la cima de Oltá. Pasamos por un camino pedregoso. La Sierra Helada se deja ver. Vamos en dirección el corralet y nos quedan 900 metros. Allí hago una foto al grupo. Estamos a 420 metros de altitud. Nuestra siguiente dirección es la cima de olta y tan solo a 700 metros. Paramos antes de llegar y almorzamos. Cuando llegamos a la cima nos encontamos a 587 metros.

La vuelta vamos en dirección al corralet. Vamos hacia por el circuito principal. Allí Jose me hace una foto y se puede ver a la izquierda el Belén.

Tiempo tardado: 4 horas.

Distancia: 8 kilómetros 900 metros.

Altitud acumulada: 700 metros

Velocidad media: 2 km 200 metros la hora.

Introduction

After going to the conference of José Ignacio Amat that to took place at the faculty of education in the University of Alicante I learned the mountain risks.

Trip preparation

How told Jose Ignacio you must how is going to be the weather time at the mountain. The boat must have a good mountain sole. We have to tell where are going in home. A very important thing is no trust.

I took the direction that Fran Martinez Navarro recorded in the Wikiloc and appear like Ruta de senderismo Cima de L´OLTA-circular where say ¿how to go to the beginning of the trail? Always must study the route and the time are more that they say. He is going to be our guide.

The route

I arrived to the place where the program say that we have to start.We are going for the PR-CV 340. We are in Calpe in the Low Marine. The first place that we see is the majesty Ifach Peñon. Our direction is ermita bella.

When we arrive there Fran and Vanessa they pose kindly. Also I did a picture to Jose. The new direction is the top of Oltá. We went for a rocky road. We could see the Sierra Helada. We are going in the direction of Corralet and it is 900 meters. There I did a picture to the group. We are 420 meters of altitude. Our next dirección is the top of Olta and we have to walk 700 meters. We stop before get. Went we arrive to the top we are 587 of altitude. The return is direction to the corralet. We are going for the main circuit. Jose did a picture to me and you could see the to the left right the nativity scene.
